Making your choice

You will have three decisions to make in buying a memorial, the stone, the style and the inscription. As we have already discussed your choice of stone will sometimes be made for you, and the choice of styles limited if the memorial is to be erected in a churchyard. Elsewhere, choices are almost limitless. Hereafter we have prepared some guidance that might help your choice.

Style
For complex designs, or if you have a photograph of a style you would like to emulate, please discuss your choices with us. Examples of popular base and top designs are sketched below. These can be used in any combination of lawn memorial, of any stone and are suitable for cemeteries and some churchyards. Standalone floral vases can be used where a simple base is preferred.
